Delivery Location definition

Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;
Delivery Location means the location specified in the Quotation to which Sartorius shall procure the delivery of the Goods.
Delivery Location has the meaning given in clause 4.2.

Examples of Delivery Location in a sentence

  • The Supplier shall deliver the Products or Services to the Delivery Location by appropriate conveyance no later than either by the dates specified in the Agreement or by the pre-agreed dates between On and the Supplier in a written form.

  • The Supplier shall deliver the Products or provide the Services DAP (INCOTERM) to the location set out in the Order ("Delivery Location").

Delivery Location means the address for delivery of the Goods, as set out in the Contract Details;
