Delivery Site definition

Delivery Site means the places specified in the Delivery Schedule for the purpose of Delivery or Installation of the Supplies and Services, or any other places nominated by the Engineer and notified in writing to the Contractor;

Delivery Site means 250 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., V5X 2X1, unless otherwise stated in this ITT;

Delivery Site means the delivery address of the Hardware as specified by Customer in a Delivery Agreement.

• You are responsible for and must update to the latest version of Software from the Software Delivery Site as new Software and associated artifacts are made available to You.

• In the case of electronic delivery, delivery shall occur when Software has been made available on Our Software Delivery Site and You are provided all necessary credentials to download or pull Software from such site.

• Risk in Goods shall pass to the Customer on complete unloading of the Goods at the Delivery Site ("Delivery"), and title shall pass to the Customer on Delivery or, if sooner, on payment of the Price for the Goods.

More Definitions of Delivery Site

Delivery Site means City of Vancouver, Equipment Services Branch, Manitoba Works Yard, 250 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., V5X 2X1, unless otherwise stated in this ITT;

Delivery Site means the delivery site as specified by ASTRI, whether in the PO or otherwise, for the delivery of the Goods.

Delivery Site means a recycling facility as defined in Subsection E.14 and recycling or reuse site as defined in Subsection E.15 or any place, including a transfer station as defined in Subsection E.20 where the debris is delivered for the sole purpose of reuse and/or recycling in a manner acceptable to the Agency.

Delivery Site means the delivery address nominated by the purhchaser, agreed by the Seller, to which the Good and/or Services are to be delivered either notified by the Purchaser to the Seller on the order raised by the Purchaser or subsequent to the order being raised;
