Delivery Site definition

Delivery Site means the places specified in the Delivery Schedule for the purpose of Delivery or Installation of the Supplies and Services, or any other places nominated by the Engineer and notified in writing to the Contractor;

Delivery Site means 250 West 70th Avenue, Vancouver, B.C., V5X 2X1, unless otherwise stated in this ITT;

Delivery Site means the delivery address of the Hardware as specified by Customer in a Delivery Agreement.

• Payment Schedule : The standard payment terms subject to recoveries, if any, under the Liquidated Damages clause will be as follows :-3.1 Delivery of Product: The Supplier shall notify the Purchaser about the delivery of the Product to the Delivery Site one week in advance of the expected date of partial or complete delivery.3.2 The payment will be made after receipt/Final Acceptance of the product and receipt of Supplier’s bill complete in all respect, in Indian currency only.
