Delivery Office definition

Delivery Office means the office of the Administrator located at Xxxxxxx Mac, 0000 Xxxx Xxx Xxxxx, XX X0X, XxXxxx, Xxxxxxxx 00000, Attention: Office of the Registrar, or such other address as the Administrator may designate from time to time by notice to the Registered Holders, the Remarketing Agent and Xxxxxxx Mac.
