Delivery Operator definition

Delivery Operator means a person holding a permit under this Chapter to engage in the delivery of medical cannabis or medical cannabis products.
Delivery Operator means the person responsible for a business that delivers cannabis products within the City of Martinez.

  • The Parties understand and acknowledge that the Company intends to locate and operate as a Co-located Marijuana Courier and Delivery Operator License, at 0000 Xxxxxxx X.

  • A Marijuana Delivery Operator shall not be considered a Marijuana Retailer.

  • Delivery service means the providing of electric transmission or distribution to a retail customer.

  • Interconnection Customer means a Generation Interconnection Customer and/or a Transmission Interconnection Customer.

  • Delivery Location means the Supplier's premises or other location where the Services are to be supplied, as set out in the Order;

  • Terminal operator means a person who owns, operates, or otherwise controls a terminal.
