Delivery Recipient Information definition

Delivery Recipient Information means information about a Delivery Recipient made available to you in connection with a request for and use of Delivery Services, which may include delivery drop-off location, a Delivery Recipient’s name, a Delivery Recipient’s contact information, a Delivery Recipient’s signature, and a Delivery Recipient’s photo, as well as any other relevant details specific to the items to be delivered.

  • If you accept a User’s request for Delivery Services, the Uber Services will provide you with certain User Information, Delivery Recipient Information, and User instructions via the Provider App, including (as applicable) the User’s first name and the pickup and drop-off location of the applicable goods to be delivered.

  • Uber may provide certain Delivery Recipient Information to the Company in connection with such Delivery Recipient’s request for, and use of, services via the Uber Platform.

  • If you choose for Delivery Services to be fulfilled by an Aggregator Delivery Partner, you will need to provide the Aggregator Delivery Partner with certain Delivery Recipient Information provided to you through the Uber Services, including (as applicable) the drop-off location of the applicable goods to be delivered and the name and phone number of the Delivery Recipient.

  • You represent and warrant that you shall not, and shall ensure that all Aggregator Delivery Partners do not, contact any Delivery Recipients or use any Delivery Recipient Information or any of the Delivery Recipient’s Personal Data collected in the course of providing the Delivery Services for any reason other than for the purposes of fulfilling Delivery Services.

  • Personal Information Breach means an instance where an unauthorized person or entity accesses Personal Information in any manner, including but not limited to the following occurrences: (1) any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected is misplaced, lost, stolen or in any way compromised; (2) one or more third parties have had access to or taken control or possession of any Personal Information that is not encrypted or protected without prior written authorization from the State; (3) the unauthorized acquisition of encrypted or protected Personal Information together with the confidential process or key that is capable of compromising the integrity of the Personal Information; or (4) if there is a substantial risk of identity theft or fraud to the client, the Contractor, the Department or State.

  • Purchaser Confidential Information means all confidential or proprietary documents and information concerning the Purchaser or any of its Representatives; provided, however, that Purchaser Confidential Information shall not include any information which, (i) at the time of disclosure by the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, is generally available publicly and was not disclosed in breach of this Agreement or (ii) at the time of the disclosure by the Purchaser or its Representatives to the Company, the Seller Representative or any of their respective Representatives, was previously known by such receiving party without violation of Law or any confidentiality obligation by the Person receiving such Purchaser Confidential Information.
