Delta Business definition

Delta Business shall have the meaning set forth in the Separation and Distribution Agreement.
Delta Business means the Delta Business Sub-Segments collectively and taken as a whole.
Delta Business means (i) the businesses of the Delta Operating Group, other than the Ultra Business, whether conducted prior to, at or after the Effective Time and (ii) any and all businesses of the Delta Group after the Effective Time (including any businesses acquired or established by or for Delta or any of its Subsidiaries after the Effective Time).
