Such Demand Note Advances are repayable by DTAG, with interest, on each Demand Date upon demand by RCFC or the Trustee, as assignee of RCFC.
The outstanding principal balance (or any portion thereof) of this Demand Note shall be due and payable on each Demand Date to the extent demand is made therefor by the Trustee.
