demand for notice means a written document filed in the district court where a probate is or should be filed requesting notice of any order or filing pertaining to a decedent’s estate. The document must state the name of the decedent, the nature of the filing person’s interest in the decedent’s estate, and the filing person’s address or the address of the filing person’s lawyer.
