Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;
Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.
Demand Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.
Additional Term means that term commencing on the last day of the Basic Term and terminating one (1) year thereafter.
Demand Bid Limit means the largest MW volume of Demand Bids that may be submitted by a Load Serving Entity for any hour of an Operating Day, as determined pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10.1B, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix.
Demand Notice has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a)(i).
Demand Registration Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.1(a).
Initiation Date means the date on which a financial creditor, corporate applicant or operational creditor, as the case may be, makes an application to the Adjudicating Authority for initiating corporate insolvency resolution process;
Notice Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(e).
Demand Suspension shall have the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.6.
Interest Notice Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2(a).
extended reduction period means the period for which a person is in receipt of an extended reduction in accordance with paragraph 89, 96 or 101;
Required Notice Period means the number of days required notice set forth below applicable to the Aggregate Reduction indicated below: ≤$100,000,000 two Business Days >$100,000,000 to $250,000,000 five Business Days ≥$250,000,000 ten Business Days
Recoupment Period means the three fiscal years completed immediately preceding the date of any applicable Recoupment Trigger Date. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Recoupment Period additionally includes any transition period (that results from a change in the Company’s fiscal year) within or immediately following those three completed fiscal years, provided that a transition period between the last day of the Company’s previous fiscal year end and the first day of its new fiscal year that comprises a period of nine (9) to twelve (12) months would be deemed a completed fiscal year.
Demand Date means, with respect to a transfer by a party:
Indemnification Period means the period of time during which Indemnitee shall continue to serve as a director or as an officer of the Corporation, and thereafter so long as Indemnitee shall be subject to any possible Proceeding arising out of acts or omissions of Indemnitee as a director or as an officer of the Corporation.
Term of Agreement for the purposes of this Agreement shall have the meaning ascribed thereto in Article 2.2 of this Agreement;
Anniversary Date means each anniversary of the Closing Date.
Demand Party has the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
