Demand Term definition

Demand Term means the period commencing on _______, 2014 and ending on such date as the Company is first eligible to register the Registrable Securities on Form S-3. If the Company loses its eligibility to register the Registrable Securities on Form S-3 while Registrable Securities are still held by the Investors, the Demand Term shall be automatically extended until the Company again becomes eligible to register the Registrable Securities on Form S-3.
Demand Term has the meaning set forth in Section 2(a) hereof.

Examples of Demand Term in a sentence

  • If the Company loses its eligibility to register the Registrable Securities on Form S-3 while Registrable Securities are still held by the Investors, the Demand Term shall be automatically extended until the Company again becomes eligible to register the Registrable Securities on Form S-3.

  • Lender has made loans to Parent pursuant to a Demand Term Note dated September 19, 2007 (herein called the “Note”) secured by a Security Agreement (herein called the “Security Agreement”) and a Revolving Mortgage, Assignment of Rents, Security Agreement and Fixture Financing Statement (herein called the “Mortgage”).

  • If the Company loses its eligibility to register the Registrable Securities on Form S-3 while Registrable Securities are still held by the Investors, the Demand Term shall be automatically reinstated and extended until the Company again becomes eligible to register the Registrable Securities on Form S-3.

Related to Demand Term

  • Initial Period means the period from (and including) the Issue Date to (but excluding) the First Call Date;

  • Period of Agreement means 5 years from the date of Final acceptance of the Project.

  • Demand Request shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Additional Term means that term commencing on the last day of the Basic Term and terminating one (1) year thereafter.

  • Demand Bid Limit means the largest MW volume of Demand Bids that may be submitted by a Load Serving Entity for any hour of an Operating Day, as determined pursuant to Operating Agreement, Schedule 1, section 1.10.1B, and the parallel provisions of Tariff, Attachment K- Appendix.
