Demerger Proposal definition
Demerger Proposal means the proposal for a partial demerger, by and among the Company, ▇▇▇▇ Intermediate Holdings and ▇▇▇▇ MidCo, dated January 13, 2025, including all schedules thereto, as may be amended from time to time.

The Company has no assets or liabilities other than as described in schedule IV of the Demerger Proposal.
