Departing Passenger definition

Departing Passenger means any passenger whose final destination is a place outside the United Arab Emirates;
Departing Passenger means each passenger on the Departing ATM with the exception of a Transit Passenger.
Departing Passenger means any passenger whose final destination is a place outside Dubai.
