Department Stores definition

Department Stores means a shop with a minimum floor area of one thousand and five hundred square feet, having departments for retail sale of various commodities.
Department Stores means the Saks Fifth Avenue, Off Fifth, ----------------- Xxxxxxx & Jones, Proffitt's, Younkers, Parisian, McRae's, Herberger's, Xxxxxx Xxxxx Xxxxx, Boston Store, and Xxxxxxx'x department stores, and catalog businesses currently operated by Saks Incorporated or its subsidiaries, and each department store or related catalog business hereafter owned or operated by Saks Incorporated or a subsidiary of Saks Incorporated or a division of Saks Incorporated or any of its subsidiaries, where the Bank holds, originates or acquires Accounts and Receivables for customers of such stores.
Department Stores means Federated, Belk, Bon Ton, Elder Xxxxxxx, and SSI, or department stores of a similar quality located anywhere in the world, and including in all cases any successors or assigns thereof.

Department Stores means a business is conducted wherein a variety of unrelated merchandise and services are housed enclosed and are exhibited and sold directly to the customer for whom the goods and services are furnished.
