Department Stores definition
Department Stores means a shop with a minimum floor area of one thousand and five hundred square feet, having departments for retail sale of various commodities.
Department Stores means the Saks Fifth Avenue, Off Fifth, B▇▇▇▇▇▇ & Jones, Proffitt's, Younkers, Parisian, McRae's, Herberger's, C▇▇▇▇▇ P▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, Boston Store, and B▇▇▇▇▇▇'▇ department stores, and catalog businesses currently operated by Saks Incorporated or its subsidiaries, and each department store or related catalog business hereafter owned or operated by Saks Incorporated or a subsidiary of Saks Incorporated or a division of Saks Incorporated or any of its subsidiaries, where the Bank holds, originates or acquires Accounts and Receivables for customers of such stores.

Department Stores means retail outlets customarily denominated as department stores in the cosmetics and fragrance industry and located within the Territory.
Department Stores means Federated, Belk, Bon Ton, Elder ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇, and SSI, or department stores of a similar quality located anywhere in the world, and including in all cases any successors or assigns thereof.
