Deployment Period definition

Deployment Period means the period of time beginning on the Effective Date and ending on the earlier to occur of (i) the fifth annual anniversary of the Effective Date and (ii) the date on which Members have made all Capital Contributions required to satisfy fully their respective Capital Commitments.

More Definitions of Deployment Period

Deployment Period shall have the meaning specified in Section 11.1 of this Agreement.
