Deposit Amounts definition

Deposit Amounts shall have the meaning set forth in Section 4.2(a).

Examples of Deposit Amounts in a sentence

  • Receivables Sales Proceeds Deposit Amounts reallocated pursuant to Section 502(a) (subject to Section 514) will be withdrawn from the applicable Principal Funding sub-Account on the applicable Monthly Interest Date.

  • Receivables Sales Proceeds Deposit Amounts payable to the Master Trust pursuant to Section 526(e)(ii) will be withdrawn from the applicable Principal Funding sub-Account as soon as practicable after determination of the amount to be withdrawn and paid to the Master Trust as provided in Section 526.

  • The Sub Merchant agrees that the Master Merchant will impose Transaction Limits or additional Reserve Deposit Amounts, either temporarily or permanently, which are more restrictive than limits placed on the Sub Merchants in order to reduce Master Merchant's reasonable apprehension of risk of loss under varying circumstances.

  • Prior to any Loss Amounts or Interest Deposit Amounts being deposited in the Collection Account, the Issuer shall establish a loss subaccount (the "Loss Subaccount") or an interest deposit subaccount (the "Interest Deposit Subaccount"), as applicable, as a subaccount of the Collection Account.

  • The withdrawals to be made from the Collection Account pursuant to this Section 4.01(b) do not apply to deposits into the Collection Account that do not represent Collections, including Transfer Deposit Amounts, Adjustment Payments, payment of the purchase price for the Certificateholders’ Interest pursuant to Section 2.06 or 10.01 of the Agreement, and proceeds from the sale, disposition or liquidation of Receivables pursuant to Section 9.02 or 12.02 of the Agreement.

  • The Sub Merchant Agrees that the Master Merchant is in no way responsible for any losses sustained by the Sub Merchant, including claims for lost profits, on account of the imposition of Transaction Limits or Reserve Deposit Amounts for any reason.

  • In addition, on the Closing Date the Depositor shall make a cash deposit to the Interest Reserve Account in an amount equal to the aggregate of the Initial Interest Reserve Deposit Amounts.

  • Deposit Amount is the amount GLAIC credits to the Accumulation Fund on the Deposit Date as set forth in the Accumulation Fund Schedule.

  • Reserve Account Deposit Amount means, with respect to any Distribution Date, the lesser of (x) the excess of (i) the Specified Reserve Balance over (ii) the amount on deposit in the Reserve Account on such Distribution Date, after taking into account the amount of any Reserve Account Withdrawal Amount on such Distribution Date and (y) the amount remaining in the Collection Account after taking into account the distributions therefrom described in clauses (i) through (xviii) of Section 5.7(a).

  • Initial Deposit Amount means the Issuing Entity’s deposit to the Reserve Account, on or before the Closing Date, of $[•].

  • Controlled Deposit Amount means, for any Distribution Date with respect to the Controlled Accumulation Period, an amount equal to the sum of the Controlled Accumulation Amount for such Distribution Date and any Deficit Controlled Accumulation Amount for the immediately preceding Distribution Date.

  • Transfer Deposit Amount has the meaning given to it in Section 2.02(b).
