DEPOSIT OF DOCUMENTS definition

DEPOSIT OF DOCUMENTS. The Note Trustee shall be at liberty to hold or to place this Deed, any other documents relating to this Deed and any of the Documents in any part of the world with any banker or banking company or company whose business includes undertaking the safe custody of documents or lawyer or firm of lawyers considered by the Note Trustee to be of good repute and the Note Trustee shall not be responsible for or required to insure against any loss incurred in connection with any such deposit and may pay all sums required to be paid on account of or in respect of any such deposit, such sums to be recoverable by the Note Trustee pursuant to Clause 11.5.
