Depositary Fee definition

Depositary Fee. : means the fee payable to the Depositary by the
Depositary Fee means the fee of the Depositary, payable from time to time pursuant to the letter agreement between the CP Issuer and the Depositary dated February 10, 1993, as in effect on the date hereof.
