DEPP Component definition

DEPP Component means benefits accrued under the provisions contained in the DEPP applicable to the DEPP component thereof.
DEPP Component means benefits accrued under the provisions contained in the Dow Employees' Pension Plan applicable to the DEPP component of such Plan.
DEPP Component means benefits accrued under the provisions contained in the Dow Employees’ Pension Plan applicable to the DEPP component thereof.

Examples of DEPP Component in a sentence

  • Subject to the delay for Key Employees, a Participant’s vested DEPP Component Supplemental Retirement Benefits that satisfy the description of small benefits in Section 4.1(c) shall be paid as a single lump sum in the third month following the Participant’s Separation from Service.

  • A Participant's vested interest in his or her DEPP Component Supplemental Retirement Benefit calculated under this Section 3.04 (i.e., vesting percentage) shall be determined in accordance with the applicable vesting schedule in the Dow Employees' Pension Plan.

  • Notwithstanding the provisions in this Section 4.01, if the present value of the sum of a Participant's vested Restricted Benefits, vested DEPP Component Supplemental Retirement Benefits, and/or vested Cadre Benefits under this Plan as of the date the Participant Separates from Service, is equal to or less than twenty five thousand dollars ($25,000), such benefits will instead be paid as a single lump sum payment at the time provided in Section 4.01(b)(iii).

  • Subject to the special rules provided in this Section 4.1, a Participant’s vested DEPP Component Supplemental Retirement Benefits shall be payable in one of the actuarially equivalent life annuities described below.

  • Subject to the delay for Key Employees, vested DEPP Component Supplemental Retirement Benefits accrued under the Plan shall be payable commencing in the first month following the Participant’s Separation from Service.

  • A Participant in the Plan shall be entitled to receive a Restricted Benefit, a DEPP Component Supplemental Retirement Benefit, a PPA Component Supplemental Retirement Benefit, and/or a Cadre Benefit, as applicable.

  • Subject to the special rules provided in this Section 4.01, a Participant's vested Restricted Benefits, vested DEPP Component Supplemental Retirement Benefits, and/or vested Cadre Benefits accrued under the Plan shall be payable in one of the actuarially equivalent life annuities described below.

  • If a Participant is married or has a domestic partner (as defined in the Dow Employees' Pension Plan) when the Participant Separates from Service, then the Participant's vested Restricted Benefits, vested DEPP Component Supplemental Retirement Benefits, and/or vested Cadre Benefits shall be paid in the form of a 100 % joint and survivor annuity.

  • The intentions here are to ‘promote the development of knowledge, attitudes, beliefs, and skills that will enable young people to engage in healthy behaviours and improve their reproductive and sexual health outcomes – i.e. prevent unintended pregnancies, STIs and HIV.

  • If a Participant does not have a Spouse or domestic partner when the Participant Separates from Service, then the Participant’s vested DEPP Component Supplemental Retirement Benefits shall be paid in the form of a single life annuity.

  • Class D Component The Component having such designation.

  • Principal Component The principal payment plus any interest payments that are either due after the date specified in, or are specified as ineligible for stripping in, the applicable Supplemental Agreement.

  • Class C Component The Component having such designation.

  • Accrual Components As specified in the Preliminary Statement.

  • Class X-A Components The Class A-1 Component, Class A-2 Component, Class A-3 Component, Class A-4 Component, Class A-AB Component and Class A-S Component, each of which constitutes a separate class of “regular interests”, within the meaning of Code Section 860G(a)(1), in the Upper-Tier REMIC with a pass-through rate equal to its Class X Strip Rate from time to time and a notional amount equal to its Component Notional Amount from time to time.

  • Interest Component Each future interest payment, or portion thereof, due on or prior to the Maturity Date, or if the Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment prior to the Maturity Date, the first date on which such Debt Security is subject to redemption or repayment.

  • Class B Component The Component having such designation.

  • Basket Componenti means the respective share as specified in § 1 of the Product and Underlying Data. "Calculation Agent" means the Calculation Agent as specified in § 2 (2) of the General Conditions.

  • Structural component means a component that supports non-variable forces or weights (dead loads) and variable forces or weights (live loads).

  • Cash Component means the difference between the aggregate Net Asset Value of the Units comprising an Application Unit and the Application Basket Value.

  • Critical Component means a part identified as critical by the design approval holder during the product type validation process, or otherwise by the exporting authority. Typically, such components include parts for which a replacement time, inspection interval, or related procedure is specified in the Airworthiness Limitations section or certification maintenance requirements of the manufacturer’s maintenance manual or Instructions for Continued Airworthiness.

  • Index Component means those securities, assets or reference values of which the Index is comprised from time to time.

  • Class E Component The Component having such designation.

  • Components means articles, materials, and supplies incorporated directly into end products at any level of manufacture, fabrication, or assembly by the Contractor or any subcontractor.

  • Performance of the Basket Componenti (final) means the Performance of the Basket Componenti on the Final Observation Date according to the following formula:Ki (final) / Ki (initial)

  • Third Party Components means software and interfaces, licensed by RIM from a third party for incorporation into a RIM software product, or for incorporation into firmware in the case of RIM hardware products, and distributed as an integral part of that RIM product under a RIM brand, but shall not include Third Party Software.

  • Class A-4 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Bearing components means the bearing element, retainer, inner race, or outer race.

  • Class A-2 Component The Component having such designation.

  • Original component manufacturer means an organization that designs and/or engineers a part and is entitled to any intellectual property rights to that part.
