Deprivation period definition

Deprivation period means at least a 15-minute period immediately prior to a duplicate breath test during which period the subject has not ingested any alcoholic bever- ages or other fluids, eaten, vomited, smoked or placed any foreign object in the mouth.

  • Post-Termination Period means a period of 12 months (subject to extension as set forth in Section 8(f)) following the effective date of the termination of Executive’s employment.

  • Contribution Period means the period specified in Article VI for which Employer Contributions shall be made.

  • Elimination Period means the period of 6 months beginning on the date You become Disabled.

  • Recapture Period means the period commencing on the Effective Date and ending on the fifth anniversary of the last date that a Project owned by the Company is Placed in Service.

  • Retention Period means the time period that the Customer Data is stored within the cloud storage, as specified in the product addenda.

  • Rectification Period means the period of time set out in Section 4.3 of this RFP during which a Proponent will be permitted to rectify its Proposal to satisfy the mandatory submission requirements of this RFP.

  • Limitation Period means any period while any amount remains owing on the Note and interest on such amount calculated at the Floating Rate, plus any fees payable hereunder and deemed to be interest under applicable law, would exceed the Maximum Rate.

  • Interruption Period shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5 hereof.

  • Production Period is the period that for winter cereal advances commences October 1, 2021 and terminates September 30, 2023; for advances on all other field crops, honey, hogs, goats, sheep and lambs commences April 1, 2022 and terminates September 30, 2023; and for advances on cattle, continuous flow cattle, and bison commences on April 1, 2022 and terminates on March 31, 2024.

  • Post-Deconsolidation Period means any Tax Period beginning after the Deconsolidation Date, and, in the case of any Straddle Period, the portion of such Straddle Period beginning the day after the Deconsolidation Date.

  • Application Period means the months beginning with the month in which the application is considered to be filed, through and including the month in which an eligibility determination is made.

  • Construction Period means the period commencing from the Appointed Date and ending on the date of the Completion Certificate;

  • Transition Period means the period beginning with the Registration Date and ending as of the earlier of: (i) the date of the first annual meeting of stockholders of the Company at which directors are to be elected that occurs after the close of the third calendar year following the calendar year in which the Registration Date occurs; and (ii) the expiration of the “reliance period” under Treasury Regulation Section 1.162-27(f)(2).

  • Ramp Period The Ramp Period begins on the Effective Date and ends after three (3) full months. At all times during the Ramp period, Customer will receive the rates, discounts, charges and credits in the agreement and will not be subject to an AVC. Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”): Customer agrees to pay Company no less than $2,836,000 in Total Service Charges in each twelve-month period during the Initial Term (“Contract Year”), which is the Annual Volume Commitment (“AVC”).

  • Affiliation period means a period which, under the terms of the health insurance coverage offered
