Notwithstanding the foregoing, if a Grantor receives Derivative Assets that are other than cash, such other property is, for the avoidance of doubt, Collateral hereunder, and shall be subject to the requirements (including baskets for permitted dispositions) set forth in this Agreement and in the Credit Agreement.
