Design Architect definition

Design Architect means the architectural team for the design of the Baseball Facility which is headed by the architectural firm of Helmxxx, Xxata and Kasabaum.

Design Architect means the Designer selected by the Authority to design the Project.

More Definitions of Design Architect

Design Architect means the firm(s) selected or to be selected by Lessee, with CITY’s reasonable approval, responsible for the design of the Project.

Design Architect means B.I.G. Architecture DPC D.P.C., or such other duly qualified, insured and reputable architect selected by Xxxxxxxxx as the design architect for the Project and licensed to operate as an architect in the State of Florida.

Design Architect shall have the meaning set forth in Section 5.1(a) hereof. "Design Architect Contract" shall mean the Contract between the Project Developer and the Design Architect, as the same may be amended from time to time in accordance with this Agreement.
