Design-Build ECM definition

Design-Build ECM means any ECM to the Non-Utility Campus, which involves any construction, addition, alteration, structural or other improvement or heating, cooling or ventilating plants or other equipment installed or material supplied therefor, the estimated cost of which amounts to $200,000 (or the threshold established by Section 153.53 of the Ohio Rev. Code ▇▇▇.) or more.

Examples of Design-Build ECM in a sentence

  • Where the Concessionaire combines or bundles together more than one Design-Build ECM for Approval, the Concessionaire shall not subdivide such Design-Build ECMs in order to avoid the thresholds set forth in this Section 4.3(g).

  • The rights and remedies of the University in such event may be exercised only as to the Design- Build ECM giving rise to the breach as well as any other Design-Build ECM contained within the Approval of the Design-Build ECM giving rise to the breach of the Design-Build Agreement.
