Design Change Directive definition
Design Change Directive means a written order by the Authority directing or authorizing some change to the Design Consultant’s Services, Deliverables, or other obligations of the Design Consultant under a Task Order assigned or awarded pursuant to this Agreement, for which Compensation and/or Time extension, if appropriate, has not yet been determined or agreed. Upon agreement on Compensation, if applicable, and/or Contract Time extension, if applicable, for a Design Change Directive, an Amendment shall be executed resolving the Design Change Directive.
