Design Documents definition

Design Documents means, collectively and as applicable, the Conceptual Design Documents, Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents and the Construction Documents prepared by the Trade Contractor.
Design Documents means all the design documents provided by Design/Builder and approved by Owner pursuant to the Agreement, including, without limitation, those for use in constructing the Project, performing the Work, and the rendering of the Project fully operational for its intended purposes, as identified by Owner, and shall include, without limitation, detailed plans, drawings, specifications, manuals, and related materials prepared by or on behalf of Design/Builder.
Design Documents means the drawings, specifications and other design documents required by this Contract and created (or, where the context requires, to be created) by the Contractor for the performance of the Works.

  • The Agency staff may propose changes to the Complete Schematic Design Documents Application that do not conflict with the Redevelopment Requirements.

  • Developer may request Director Approval to defer the submittal of Schematic Design Documents for the Open Space Lots within the Sub-Phase.

More Definitions of Design Documents

Design Documents means any plan, model, sketch, drawing, calculation, specification or any other document whatsoever prepared by or on behalf of the Contractor in the performance of the Contract in accordance with paragraph S1-1 (Design Documents) of Schedule 1;
Design Documents means all drawings (including plans, profiles, cross-sections, notes, elevations, sections, details and diagrams), specifications, reports, studies, calculations, electronic files, records and submittals necessary or desirable for, or related to, the performance of design services required under the Capital Maintenance Contract in accordance with the CMC Documents, the Governmental Approvals and applicable Law.
Design Documents shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.2 hereof.
Design Documents means the construction plans and specifications prepared by the Design-Build Firm.
Design Documents means, collectively, as applicable, the Schematic Design Documents, the Design Development Documents, the Construction Documents and Temporary Casino Design Documents.
Design Documents means all drawings, design calculations, software, specifications, samples, patterns, models, written procedures and all other documents and things relating to the design of the Permanent Works and/or the Temporary Works which are:
