Design Parameters definition

Design Parameters means the Basis of Design assumptions or parameters for the Phase V Expansion set forth in Attachment 2 to this Addendum.

More Definitions of Design Parameters

Design Parameters. Means the operation, performance, duty-rate and redundancy of the “equipment” as initially designed and installed or as improved after a “modernisation” thereof. Changing, modifying or reducing the design parameters without official approval from the Client shall constitute a failure to maintain the design parameters.
Design Parameters means the design parameters specified in the Quotation or otherwise by written agreement;

  • Specifications means the Specifications of the Works included in the Contract and any modification or addition made or approved by the Project Manager.

  • Design-build means a project delivery method in which the detailed design and subsequent construction is provided through a single contract with a Design-Build firm; a team, partnership, or legal entity that includes design professionals and a builder. The Design-Build Project delivery shall be implemented in accordance with Tex. Gov’t Code § 2166.2531.2

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Design-Builder means the Person selected pursuant to the RFP that enters into the Contract with the Department to design and construct the Project (also referred to as the “Design-Build Team”).

  • Configuration means State-specific changes made to the Software without Source Code or structural data model changes occurring.

  • The Specification means the Specification annexed to or issued with G.T.C.C. and shall include the schedules & drawings attached thereto as well as all samples and pattern, if any.
