Design Statement of Work definition

Design Statement of Work shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.
Design Statement of Work or “D-SOW” shall have the meaning set forth in Schedule E.
Design Statement of Work. (SOW)" shall have the meaning set forth in Section ‎4.1 below.

  • Customer will pay Flextronics a monthly carrying fee of [***] for all Design Materials Inventory that has been held by Flextronics for longer than [***] from receipt at Flextronics’s facility and that is not covered by a purchase order backlog deliverable in the next [***] under a Design Statement of Work.

Related to Design Statement of Work

  • Statement of Work means the description of activities performed in completing the Project, as specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Scope of Work means the description of Services and Deliverables specified in the Contract and as may be amended.

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Design-Build Agreement means the design and construction agreement between Project Co and the Design-Builder, a certified copy of which has been delivered by Project Co to the Authority, as amended, supplemented or replaced from time to time in accordance with this Agreement;
