Design Submission definition

Design Submission means the component of the Proposal submitted in response to the requirements set out in Section C of Part 1 of Schedule 3 to this RFP;

  • Any deviation from these requirements will be permitted only if clearly indicated or specified on Tenant’s Design Submission and approved by Landlord.

  • Landlord shall have the right to supervise and inspect the Alterations as the work progresses and to require Tenant to remove or correct any aspect of the Alterations that does not conform to Tenant’s Design Submission approved by Landlord.

  • With each Buildable Unit with each Design Submission, the DBT shall include a transmittal sheet describing the BUS, the BUS stage (Interim/Final/Construction), the contractual review response date (from the Department as well as any other third-party reviewer, if applicable), critical assumptions made for the BUS impacting subsequent BUS submissions, and any information which could facilitate review.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.

  • Design-bid-build means a project delivery method in which:

  • Design Services means architect services, engineer services or landscape architect services.

  • Design Criteria means the design criteria set out in the Ministry’s publication “Design Criteria for Sanitary Sewers, Storm Sewers and Forcemains for Alterations Authorized under Environmental Compliance Approval”, (as amended from time to time).

  • Design means the appearance of the whole or a part of a product resulting from the features of, in particular, the lines, contours, colours, shape, texture and/or materials of the product itself and/or its ornamentation;

  • Updates are changes that do not require a change to the established Centralized Contract terms and conditions. A request to add new products at the same or better price level is an example of an update. “Amendments” are any changes that are not specifically covered by the terms and conditions of the Centralized Contract, but inclusion is found to be in the best interest of the State. A request to change a contractual term and condition is an example of an amendment.
