Design Win definition

Design Win means an engagement to sell a given product to a given customer with respect to a given program or project.
Design Win means that we got Winchester content (parts with Winchester IP) “on the print” of an OEM customer platform.
Design Win means receipt of first customer purchase order with 500 units or more of Phoenix 2 Products or LMX 2 Products.

Examples of Design Win in a sentence

  • Fifty percent (50%) credit for a Design Win will be earned when: (1) the customer has built and tested its own product using the Microtune product as specified in the applicable Design-win Goal, and is sufficiently satisfied with the performance such that no additional revisions of the customer’s product are believed to be required before the customer starts production and (2) the other fifty percent (50%) will be earned after $50,000 in product sales have been recognized as Recorded Revenue.

Design Win means a written statement from a ParkerVision customer that such customer intends to design a system using ParkerVision's D2D technology.

  • Design flow means the average annual flow or average daily flow specified in an approved facilities plan or approved plans and specifications, the flow specified in a WPDES permit, or the flow required to meet performance standards.

  • Mechanical Completion means that (a) all components and systems of the Project have been properly constructed, installed and functionally tested according to EPC Contract requirements in a safe and prudent manner that does not void any equipment or system warranties or violate any permits, approvals or Laws; (b) the Project is ready for testing and commissioning, as applicable; (c) Seller has provided written acceptance to the EPC Contractor of mechanical completion as that term is specifically defined in the EPC Contract.

  • Design Manual means the MOHLTC design manual or manuals in effect and applicable to the development, upgrade, retrofit, renovation or redevelopment of the Home or Beds subject to this Agreement.

  • Design Criteria Package means concise, performance-oriented drawings or specifications for a public construction project. The purpose of the Design Criteria Package is to furnish sufficient information to permit Design-Build Firms to prepare a bid or a response to the District’s Request for Proposals, or to permit the District to enter into a negotiated Design- Build Contract. The Design Criteria Package must specify performance- based criteria for the public construction project, including the legal description of the site, survey information concerning the site, interior space requirements, material quality standards, schematic layouts and conceptual design criteria of the project, cost or budget estimates, design and construction schedules, site development requirements, provisions for utilities, stormwater retention and disposal, and parking requirements applicable to the project. Design Criteria Packages shall require firms to submit information regarding the qualifications, availability, and past work of the firms, including the partners and members thereof.
