Designated Building definition

Designated Building means a building to which this By-law applies by virtue of section 2.1 or 2.4;
Designated Building means a Building located on any real property that constitutes Collateral which the Administrative Agent in its discretion determines should be included in the description of the property encumbered by a Mortgage.
Designated Building means any of the buildings listed in Annex 2 to this Agreement;

More Definitions of Designated Building

Designated Building means a building or structure which is “contributing”, “supporting”, “non contributing with qualifications”, or “non contributing without qualifications”, as designated in the THAS.
Designated Building means the building listed in Annex 2 to this Agreement; “Effective Date” bears the meaning described in Clause 7.1 below.
