Designated Configuration definition

Designated Configuration means a configuration of hardware and software which is supported by us and on which the Software is operated by or for you, which may include a configuration on your premises or a configuration managed by us for you.

  • With respect to Software, for the Term, or where a license is specified as “perpetual”, on an ongoing basis unless and until terminated as provided herein, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicenseable, license to use the Software on a Designated Configuration solely in support of your operations.
