Designated Consumption Area definition

Designated Consumption Area means the area within the grounds of a retail Cannabis Business that the Cannabis Business has designated, and the Commission has licensed, for the consumption of Cannabis or Cannabis Products by adults who are twenty-one (21) years of age and older.
