Designated Consumption Area definition

Designated Consumption Area means a designated area where adults, 21 years of age or older, are expressly permitted to consume Cannabis or Cannabis Items;
Designated Consumption Area means the area within the grounds of a retail Cannabis Facility that the Cannabis Facility has designated, and the Commission has licensed, for the consumption of Cannabis or Cannabis Products by adults who are twenty-one (21) years of age and older.
Designated Consumption Area means a designated area where consumers are expressly permitted to consume cannabis.

Examples of Designated Consumption Area in a sentence

  • The consumption of Cannabis Items pursuant to an Adult Use Lounge Permit, Cannabis Use Permit, or Temporary Cannabis Use Permit is permitted in the Designated Consumption Area, subject to any operational or other restrictions on Cannabis consumption placed upon the use Permits pursuant to this chapter and rules adopted thereto.

  • The Cannabis Facility with a Designated Consumption Area may allow the consumption of food and beverages in the Designated Consumption Area.

  • A Cannabis Facility shall cause Cannabis Employees to educate customers as to the potency, absorption time and effects of Cannabis and Cannabis Products that are purchases and consumed within a Designated Consumption Area.

  • Production Area means that part of the animal feeding operation that includes the animal confinement area, the manure storage area, the raw materials storage area, and the waste containment areas. The animal confinement area includes, but is not limited to, open lots, housed lots, feedlots, confinement houses, stall barns, free stall barns, milkrooms, milking centers, egg washing or egg processing areas, areas used for the storage and disposal/treatment of mortalities, cowyards, barnyards, medication pens, walkers, animal walkways, and stables. The manure storage area includes, but is not limited to, lagoons, runoff ponds, storage sheds, stockpiles, under-house or pit storages, liquid impoundments, static piles, and composting piles. The raw materials storage area includes, but is not limited to, feed silos, and silage bunkers. The waste containment area includes, but is not limited to, settling basins and areas within berms and diversions which separate uncontaminated stormwater.

  • designated area means any area which may from time to time be designated by Order in Council under the Continental Shelf Act 1964 as an area within which the rights of the United Kingdom with respect to the seabed and subsoil and their natural resources may be exercised;

A permanent structure devoted to industrial or commercial purposes does not result in the establishment of a business area on both sides of the highway. All measurements shall be from the outer edge of the regularly used building, parking lot, or storage or processing area of the commercial or industrial activity and not from the property lines of the activities and shall be along or parallel to the edge or pavement of the highway. Commercial or industrial purposes are those activities generally restricted to commercial or industrial zones in jurisdictions that have zoning. In addition, the following activities are not commercial or industrial:

  • Downtown area means the business area of a community that is centrally located within the community within the context of the Iowa main street program.

  • Adjacent area means the area outside the affected area or permit area where air, surface or ground water, fish, wildlife, vegetation or other resources protected by Chapter 1513. of the Revised Code, determined according to the context in which "adjacent area" is used, are or reasonably could be expected to be adversely affected by proposed coal mining and reclamation operations including probable impacts from underground workings. With respect to underground mining operations, "adjacent area" shall include, at a minimum, the surface areas above full coal recovery areas.
