Designated insured definition
Designated insured means any director, officer, trustee, employee with managerial or risk management responsibilities, or "property manager" of the insured community association.
Designated insured means:
a. all individuals listed in a.1), a.2), a.3), a.4), and a.5) of the definition of "insured"; and
b. any "employee" who is authorized to give or receive notice of an "occurrence" or a claim.
Designated insured means the Named Insured shown in paragraph 1 of Section A. Schedule of the Zurich Completed Value Builders Risk Delay In Completion Coverage unless otherwise specified in Section A. Schedule of this endorsement.
