Designated open space definition

Designated open space means those open space lands as defined by section 36101(j)(i) of the act.
Designated open space means as such term is defined in Section 107-01 of the Zoning Resolution.

  • The County’s decision not to accept a Public Park Conveyance(s) shall not relieve the Owners of providing any Designated Open Space required by the Approved Zoning District regulations.
