DESIGNATED OUTLETS means the Merchants, Shops, Petrol Pumps and other establishments in Pakistan which have entered into an Agreement with the Bank to accept the Cards in payment for goods and services provided by them and include such establishments abroad who accept Visa Debit Cards for goods and services provided by them.
