Examples of Designated Pari Passu Amount in a sentence

  • For the avoidance of doubt, Obligations under any Hedging Agreement designated pursuant to this Section 8.13 in excess of the applicable Designated Pari Passu Amount shall constitute Obligations under a Secured Hedge Agreement but shall be entitled to a lesser priority of payment as set forth in Section 2.18(b).
