Notwithstanding the foregoing, the “CP Rate” for any Conduit Purchaser for any day while a Termination Event has occurred and is continuing shall be an interest rate equal to the greater of (i) 2.00% per annum above the Base Rate for each day during such Yield Period (or portion thereof) and (ii) 2.00% per annum above the “CP Rate” calculated without giving effect to such Termination Event.

  • Crediting Rate means the notional gains and losses credited on the Participant’s Account balance which are based on the Participant’s choice among the investment alternatives made available by the Committee pursuant to Section 3.3 of the Plan.
