The Designated Stockholders, in addition to being entitled to exercise all rights granted by law, including recovery of damages, shall be entitled to specific performance of their rights under this Agreement.
The Company hereby grants registration rights to the Designated Stockholders upon the terms and conditions set forth in this Agreement.
The Company shall not enter into any agreement with respect to its securities that is inconsistent with the rights granted to the Designated Stockholders in this Agreement or grant any additional registration rights to any Person or with respect to any securities that are not Registrable Securities which rights are inconsistent with the rights granted in this Agreement.
