Examples of Designated Transfer Facility in a sentence

  • Contractor shall keep all existing permits and approvals necessary for use of the Designated Transfer Facility in full regulatory compliance.

  • If Contractor determines that material placed in any container for collection is hazardous waste or other material that may not legally be accepted or safely processed at the Designated Transfer Facility or presents a hazard to Contractor's employees, or those at the Designated Transfer Facility, the Contractor shall have the right to refuse to accept such material.

  • If no Transfer services will be required, the paragraph will be deleted.} Contractor plans to Transport Multi-Family and Commercial Organic Materials to the Designated Transfer Facility where the materials will be unloaded from Collection vehicles and loaded into large-capacity vehicles and Transported to the Approved Organic Materials Processing Facility.

  • If no Transfer services will be required, the paragraph will be deleted.} Contractor plans to Transport {Residential/Commercial} Organic Materials to the Designated Transfer Facility where the materials will be unloaded from Collection vehicles and loaded into large-capacity vehicles and Transported to the Approved Organic Materials Processing Facility.

  • Contractor shall transport separated recyclable materials to the Designated Transfer Facility or an alternative processing site with advance authorization from County.


More Definitions of Designated Transfer Facility

Designated Transfer Facility means the Black Butte Transfer Station, as long as it is feasible. For Blue Bags only, the Designated Transfer Facility shall the Siskiyou Opportunity Center recyclables facility.
