Designated Transfer Facility definition

Designated Transfer Facility means the various Recycling and Disposal centers within Plumas County, which are owned by the County. See also “Transfer Station” and “Self- Haul”).
Designated Transfer Facility means the Palomar Transfer Station (PTS), at 0000 Xx Xxxxxx Xxxx, Xxxxxxxx, XX, which is owned by the County and operated by Republic Services. The Designated Transfer Facility shall serve as the Transfer site for all Solid Waste and Organic Materials Collected by Contractor. {Note to Proposers: This may be adjusted to reflect the final decision on organics Processing.}
Designated Transfer Facility and “Transfer Facility” means the GreenWaste Transfer Facility located at 000 Xxxxxxxxxx Xxxx xx Xxxxxxxxxxx, XX 00000 or another facility or facilities mutually agreed upon between City and Franchisee in writing.

  • Contractor shall transport separated recyclable materials to the Designated Transfer Facility or an alternative processing site with advance authorization from County.

  • In the event that unpermitted material is delivered to the Designated Transfer, Processing or Disposal Facility, Contractor shall be entitled to pursue whatever remedies, if any, it may have against the customer or person(s) bringing such unpermitted material to the Designated Transfer Facility provided that in no case shall County be considered the person bringing such unpermitted material to the Designated Transfer Facility.


More Definitions of Designated Transfer Facility

Designated Transfer Facility means the (insert facility name) located at (insert facility address) California, approved by the City to which the Contractor will transport all Solid Waste Collected for Processing and segregating under this Agreement.

Related to Designated Transfer Facility

  • Transfer facility means any transportation related facility including loading docks, parking areas, storage areas and other similar areas where shipments of hazardous waste are held during the normal course of transportation.

  • Shareholder-Initiated Transfer Purchase means a transaction that is initiated or directed by a Shareholder that results in a transfer of assets within a Contract to a Fund, but does not include transactions that are executed: (i) automatically pursuant to a contractual or systematic program or enrollment such as transfer of assets within a Contract to a Fund as a result of “dollar cost averaging” programs, insurance company approved asset allocation programs, or automatic rebalancing programs; (ii) pursuant to a Contract death benefit; (iii) one-time step-up in Contract value pursuant to a Contract death benefit; (iv) allocation of assets to a Fund through a Contract as a result of payments such as loan repayments, scheduled contributions, retirement plan salary reduction contributions, or planned premium payments to the Contract; or (v) pre-arranged transfers at the conclusion of a required free look period.

  • Type II transfer means that phrase as defined by Section 3 of the Executive Organization Act of 1965, 1965 PA 380, MCL 16.103.

  • Available Transfer Capability or “ATC” shall mean a measure of the transfer capability remaining in the physical transmission network for further commercial activity over and above already committed uses.

  • Incremental Capacity Transfer Right means a Capacity Transfer Right allocated to a Generation Interconnection Customer or Transmission Interconnection Customer obligated to fund a transmission facility or upgrade, to the extent such upgrade or facility increases the transmission import capability into a Locational Deliverability Area, or a Capacity Transfer Right allocated to a Responsible Customer in accordance with Tariff, Schedule 12A.

  • Proposed Transfer means any assignment, sale, offer to sell, pledge, mortgage, hypothecation, encumbrance, disposition of or any other like transfer or encumbering of any Transfer Stock (or any interest therein) proposed by any of the Key Holders or Investors.

  • Commitment Transfer Supplement means a document in the form of Exhibit 16.3 hereto, properly completed and otherwise in form and substance satisfactory to Agent by which the Purchasing Lender purchases and assumes a portion of the obligation of Lenders to make Advances under this Agreement.
