Designated Type definition

Designated Type means each (i) Obligor or (ii) Originator log-on location(s), each of which has a customer number or log-on number, as identified on Schedule IV hereto from time to time. For the avoidance of doubt, a group of Obligors taken together can constitute a Designated Type, and a group of Originator log-on locations taken together can constitute a Designated Type.
