During the term of this Agreement, and in accordance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, and for the sole purpose of establishing a Receptor Pool as provided hereunder, Arena Receptor(s) and Lilly Receptor(s), shall be designated as Collaboration Receptor(s) (Arena) or as Collaboration Receptor(s) (Lilly) as provided in this Article IV ("Designation", "Designated", or "Designation Process").
