Desk Officer system definition
Desk Officer system means an officer-oriented work unit within a Department with specific tasks assigned to it;
Agency Chief Contracting Officer or “ACCO” shall mean the position delegated authority by the Agency Head to organize and supervise the procurement activity of subordinate Agency staff in conjunction with the City Chief Procurement Officer.
Data Controller means an entity that determines the purposes and means of the processing of Personal Data.
Revenue Officer means an officer of the Revenue Commissioners;

Screening Officer means any Person appointed by the Town from time to time pursuant to the Screening and Hearing Officer By-law, to perform the functions of a Screening Officer in accordance with the Screening and Hearing Officer By-law and the Administrative Monetary Penalty System By-law;
