After termination of this Agreement, all rights under this licence are terminated and you must securely delete any and all copies of PPL Desktop Products held by you as a result of this Agreement.
Solely to support the operation of the PPL Products and Services, including facilitating the transfer of pupil and Parent data from your management information system (“MIS”) to us, you may install and use one copy of PPL Desktop Products, on a computer on your premises that you use to exchange data between your MIS system and us.
