Desktop Products means Products with [*] inch-size and designated for primarily for the storage needs of traditional desktop and portable computer systems for commercial and consumer use including, but not limited to, desktop PCs, commercial PCs, portable PCs, home PCs and laptop PCs. These products also may be designed for, or use in, non-computer storage applications, including, but not limited to, consumer devices (e.g. cameras, personal assistants, audio and video appliances, games, etc.), commercial devices (e.g. routers, hubs, switches, storage subsystems, storage systems, etc.), which require digital storage.

Desktop Products means single functional unit or units that are external to the System. Desktop Products include terminals, terminal cluster controllers, video display monitors, keyboards, workstation disk drives, workstation electronics cabinet(s), workstation peripherals, and printed circuit boards that are internal to Desktop Products.

Examples of Desktop Products in a sentence

  • After termination of this Agreement, all rights under this licence are terminated and you must securely delete any and all copies of PPL Desktop Products held by you as a result of this Agreement.

  • Solely to support the operation of the PPL Products and Services, including facilitating the transfer of pupil and Parent data from your management information system (“MIS”) to us, you may install and use one copy of PPL Desktop Products, on a computer on your premises that you use to exchange data between your MIS system and us.

  • Additionally, you may make one backup copy of PPL Desktop Products, as necessary for the continuation of this service.

  • Where the commercial terms of the specific licence allow, you may install and use more than one copy of PPL Desktop Products.

  • The Microsoft Certified Partner, at its sole cost and expense, may offer training to customers on "Microsoft Desktop Products", as defined in the Microsoft Certified Partner Program Guide.

  • Subject to completion of the contract formation process set out in Section 2, above, MICROSOFT hereby grants the Microsoft Certified Partner permission to make the number of authorized copies set forth in the Microsoft Certified Partner Program Guide for the sole purpose of providing training on the Microsoft Desktop Products ("Microsoft Certified Partner Training Licenses").

  • During the Term, Intuit (a) will display Excite Brand Features exclusively within such Intuit Desktop Products wherever it refers to general-purpose Internet search and navigation services and (b) will not promote any General Search Service within such Intuit Desktop Products.

  • During the Term, Intuit will exclusively promote Excite's general-purpose Internet search and navigation services by including Links to the Excite's Properties in all Intuit Desktop Products beginning with the first major update (as identified by a change in the number to the left of the decimal in version designation) introduced in general distribution following the Effective Date.
