Destination Bonds definition

Destination Bonds means the Government Bonds to be issued by the Issuer (acting through the MOF) in exchange for Source Bonds, as specified below:
Destination Bonds means the Group 1 Destination Bonds and the Group 2 Destination Bonds (as the context may require).

  • Transition bonds means bonds, notes, certificates of

  • Option Bonds means Current Interest Bonds, which may be either Serial or Term Bonds, which by their terms may be tendered by and at the option of the Owner for purchase prior to the stated maturity thereof.

  • Completion Bonds means Bonds issued pursuant to a Supplemental Indenture ranking on parity with the Series of Bonds issued under such Supplemental Indenture, the proceeds of which are to be used to complete the Project.

  • Recovery Bonds means Recovery Obligations issued as Bonds. “Recovery Costs” means costs described in Chapter 297. “Recovery Notes” means Recovery Obligations issued as Notes.

  • Series 2021 Bonds means, collectively, the Series 2021A Bonds and the Series 2021B Bonds.
