Destination Bonds definition

Destination Bonds means the Government Bonds to be issued by the Issuer (acting through the MOF) in exchange for the Source Bonds, as specified below:
Destination Bonds means the Group 1 Destination Bonds and the Group 2 Destination Bonds (as the context may require).

  • The exchange transaction contemplated in this Exchange Offer Memorandum is considered as the sale of Source Bonds to the Issuer in conjunction with the purchase of Destination Bonds from the Issuer.

Related to Destination Bonds

  • Serial Bonds means those Bonds designated as such and maturing on the dates set forth in the Certificate of Award, bearing interest payable on each Interest Payment Date and not subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption.

  • Destination means any place where the Insured expects to travel to on his/her Trip other than Return Destination as shown on the travel documents.

  • Term Bonds means those Bonds designated as such and maturing on the date or dates set forth in the Certificate of Award, bearing interest payable on each Interest Payment Date and subject to mandatory sinking fund redemption.

  • Notes shall have the meaning assigned to such term in the recitals.
