Developer Contact definition

Developer Contact means the individual representative of the Developer responsible for administration of the Agreement on behalf of the Developer as specified in Schedule "A", provided that the Developer may change its representative from time to time on provision of written notice to the City of the identity of such replacement representative. Development has the meaning ascribed thereto in paragraph 1.0 - Application, of the recitals to this Agreement.
