Developer Engineer definition

Developer Engineer means the engineering firm, and that firm’s representatives, which may be retained by the Developer at its option, to design and prepare the Plans for the work to be performed under this Agreement subject to the review and approval of such Plans by the District Engineer at the Developer’s sole cost and expense.
