Developer Rights definition

Developer Rights means Intellectual Property Rights, including all documents, data, know- how, methodologies, software and other materials, including computer programs, reports and specifications, (i) provided by or used by Service Provider in connection with performing the Services, in each case developed or acquired by the Service Provider prior to the commencement or independently of this Agreement; and (ii) all Improvements in any of the Intellectual Property Rights under part (i) of this definition, whether made by Service Provider or Customer.
Developer Rights means those exclusive rights reserved to Developer, its successors and assigns, as described in Section 15.
Developer Rights means, as to each Resort, all rights, powers, easements, privileges, authorities and reservations of the Borrower developing such Resort, as developer or declarant pursuant to or arising under the Declarations, the Master Declaration, the Resort Documents, or applicable Law, including all privileges, entitlements, rights and interests in and to the applicable Association and all voting rights and board memberships therein.

  • Use Rights means the license terms and terms of service for each Product published on the Licensing Site and updated from time to time. The Use Rights supersede the terms of any end user license agreement that accompanies a Product. License terms for all Products are published in the Product Terms. Terms of service for Online Services are published in the Online Services Terms.

  • Water right means a permit, claim, or other authorization, on record with or accepted by the department of ecology, authorizing the beneficial use of water in accordance with all applicable state laws.

  • Development rights means any right or combination of rights reserved by a declarant in the declaration to:

  • Foreground Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property developed by either Party pursuant to this Agreement;

  • Licensed IP Rights means, collectively, the Licensed Patent Rights and the Licensed Know-How Rights.

  • Background Intellectual Property means all Intellectual Property introduced and required by either Party to give effect to their obligations under this Agreement owned in whole or in part by or licensed to either Party or their affiliates prior to the Commencement Date or developed after the Commencement Date otherwise pursuant to this Agreement;
