Development Programs definition

Development Programs means, collectively, the PD-1 Development Program, XXX-3 Development Program and LAG-3 Development Program, and “Development Program” shall mean any of such programs.
Development Programs means (i) the research and development carried out by HMO for the Company from January 1, 2009 to June 14 2016 pursuant to the Product Development Agreement, and (ii) the research and development that has been carried out since June 15, 2016 and that will continue to be carried out following the Second Amendment Date, pursuant to the New Product Development Agreement. Development Programs. Second Party to train the Faculty members of First Party for imparting training as per the industrial and academic requirement considering the National Occupational Standards in concerned sector, if available.
