Development Review Application definition

Development Review Application means Developer’s applications to the City to approve the Site Plan as required in the development review procedure.
Development Review Application means PURCHASER’s applications to the SELLER to approve the Site Plan as required in the development review procedure;
Development Review Application means the Application submitted by the Developer to the CITY for all Entitlements for the Project.

Examples of Development Review Application in a sentence

  • The CITY and CRA hereby acknowledges and agree that the conceptual Site Plan, as shown on Exhibit C, under the described conditions herein, is generally acceptable to the CITY and CRA; provided that any Material Change (as hereinafter defined), shall require the approval of the CRA Board before submission to the CITY as part of the Development Review Application, which approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.

  • A Development Review Application will be required for applications involving 1,000 sf or more of new building construction (or over 5,000 sf in the IA or CD zones), or 10,000 sf of site disturbance and/or impervious surface expansion.

  • Prior to submission of the Development Review Application, SELLER’S staff shall consult with and advise PURCHASER on resolution of zoning and related entitlement issues associated with the Development Review Application.

  • PURCHASER shall prepare a preliminary traffic and circulation plan for the Project as part of its submission of the Development Review Application and related entitlement approvals.

  • The deadline for Purchaser to submit to the Development Review Application to Seller and to apply for any necessary Permits needed to obtain Governmental Approvals, as defined in Section 1.22 of the Agreement, (sometimes referred to in the Agreement as the Development Review Application Date), shall occur three hundred and two (302) calendar days from the Effective Date and shall now occur on June 1, 2023.
