Development Target definition

Development Target means an Exclusive Research Target for which MAGENTA has exercised the Development Option Right according to Section 3.4.
Development Target means Company’s development of Pilot Project(s) and Subsequent Project(s) within the GeoZone with an aggregate capacity of up to two hundred (200) MWs.
Development Target has the meaning provided in Section 4.1. “Disclosing Party” has the meaning provided in Section 14.1.

Examples of Development Target in a sentence

  • Alnylam shall use Commercially Reasonable Efforts consistent with the terms of the Novartis Agreement to obtain Novartis’ consent to the selection by Tekmira of such Target as a Tekmira Development Target under this Agreement, and shall notify Tekmira in writing as to whether or not such Target is available for license hereunder.

  • The Parties hereby agree that, while PROTIVA may at its option continue work under the Second Target Research Plan and otherwise on the Second Target as a PROTIVA Development Target, ALNYLAM will no longer (as of the Effective Date) support that work, or by virtue of its payment of the Initial Fee, be deemed to be supporting that work.

  • The Parties acknowledge that the selection of each PROTIVA Development Target (other than the Second Target) is subject to Novartis’ right of first offer under the Novartis Agreement and to other binding ALNYLAM obligations to Third Parties pre-existing the date of PROTIVA’s notice to ALNYLAM of PROTIVA’s selection of such Target.

  • Neighborhood Cleanup (FY 11-12)One-day, neighborhood cleanup activities will be held in Fall 2010 and Spring 2011, in the Community Development Target Area.

Related to Development Target

  • Collaboration Target means the Initial Collaboration Targets set forth on Exhibit F and any Additional Target or Substitute Target that is selected in accordance with Section 3.3 of this Agreement.

  • Soft Target means a target that will suffer minimum damage and cause minimum damage to the subject vehicle in the event of a collision.

  • Collaboration Compound means any of the following: (a) FG-4592, (b) any HIF Compound (other than FG-4592) that is added to this Agreement pursuant to Section 3.6, and (c) any salts, esters, complexes, chelates, crystalline and amorphous morphic forms, pegylated forms, enantiomers (excluding regioisomers), prodrugs, solvates, metabolites and catabolites of any of the foregoing ((a) or (b)).

  • Development Candidate means a Compound that meets the Development Candidate Criteria for the initiation of a Development Program for the treatment of CF, and which is the subject of a notice from Vertex to CFFT that Vertex intends to commence formal pre-clinical development of the Compound in the Field pursuant to the provisions of Section 3.1 hereof.

  • Development Plan has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.

  • KPI Target means the acceptable performance level for a KPI as set out in relation to each KPI;

  • Development Program means the implementation of the development plan.

  • Development Milestone is defined in Section 5.3.

  • Research Program Term means the duration of the Research Program as it may be extended or terminated as described more fully in Section 2.10 and Article 8.

  • Development Milestone Event has the meaning set forth in Section 7.2.1.

  • Development Team means the entities and professionals assembled to develop and manage the Project, typically including the Applicant, Owner, Developer(s), Co-Developer(s) and general partner or any other related entities in which the Developer or Co-Developer has an identity of interest or a Controlling Interest.

  • Research Program has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.

  • Development Phase means the period before a vehicle type is type approved.

  • Research Plan shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.1.

  • Development Period means the period from the date of this Agreement until the Appointed Date;

  • Development Term means the period commencing on the Closing Date and ending on the earlier of (a) the Option Closing Date or (b) the date the Option terminates or expires other than by exercise.

  • Development Activities means those Development activities undertaken by or on behalf of a Party or its Affiliates with respect to the Product in the Field.

  • Collaboration Product means any pharmaceutical product in finished form that contains a Collaboration Compound, either as the sole active ingredient or in combination with one or more other active ingredients, and all present and future formulations, dosages and dosage forms thereof.

  • Development Milestone Payment shall have the meaning set forth in Section 9.2(a).

  • Lead Compound means any compound of lead other than galena which, when treated in the manner described below, yields to an aqueous solution of hydrochloric acid a quantity soluble lead compound exceeding, when calculated as lead monoxide, five percent of the dry weight of the portion taken analysis.

  • Development Site means any parcel or lot on which exists or which is intended for building development other than the following:

  • Development Plans means a coherent set of operations defined and financed exclusively by the OCTs in the framework of their own policies and strategies of development, and those agreed upon between an OCT and the Member State to which it is linked;

  • Product Candidate means each biological and drug candidate, compound or other device or product being developed, labeled, manufactured, marketed, sold and/or distributed by the Company or a Company Subsidiary, or regarding which the Company or a Company has rights, and including any such biological and drug candidate, compound or product that has received Marketing Approval.

  • Development Schedule shall have the meaning set forth in Section 1.1.

  • Development rights means any right or combination of rights reserved by a declarant in the declaration to:

  • Research Project means a discrete scientific endeavor to answer a research question or a set of research questions related to medical marijuana and is required for a medical marijuana research license.
