Development Technology definition

Development Technology means the Development Patents and the Development Know How.

Development Technology means the technology which is developed by Elan and/or Acorda pursuant to this Agreement.

Development Technology means any Know-How that is made or developed solely by or under authority of either Party or its Affiliates, or jointly by or under authority of both Parties or their respective Affiliates, in the course of performing any activity under the License Agreement that is { * }to the Designated Target or { * }to the Development, manufacturing or commercialization of a PDK Compound or PDK Product, and all Patent Rights that claim or cover any such Know-How. Development Technology shall in all cases exclude Biogen Idec Collaboration Technology, Sunesis Collaboration Technology, Sunesis Core Technology, Joint Sunesis-Biogen Collaboration Technology and PDK Technology.

Development Technology means all technology developed in furtherance of this M.O.U. and created to fulfill Specifications and assist in the commercial proliferation of the Smart Table Products.

Development Technology means all materials and technologies, including without limitation rodents or other transgenic animals, products, drugs, diagnostic reagents, diagnostic methods, therapeutic agents and therapeutic methods, derived from or resulting from use (including testing or screening of new or existing pharmaceutical products or molecules) of the Licensed Technology, either directly by LICENSEE or by others through rights granted by LICENSEE.

Development Technology means all proprietary rights developed or acquired by Merrimack or Actavis which directly relate to the design, development, manufacture or analysis of the Finished Product, including but not limited to:

Development Technology means any Know-How that is made or developed after the Effective Date and during the Term solely by or under authority of either Party or its Affiliates, or jointly by or under authority of both Parties or their respective Affiliates, in the course of performing any activity under this Agreement [ * ] to a Designated Target or [ * ] to the Development, manufacturing or commercialization of a Licensed Compound or Licensed Product, and all Patent Rights that arise during the Term that claim or cover any such Know-How. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Development Technology shall in all cases exclude Biogen Idec Collaboration Patents, Biogen Idec Collaboration Know-How, Sunesis Collaboration Technology, Sunesis Core Technology, Joint Sunesis-Biogen Collaboration Patents and Joint Sunesis-Biogen Collaboration Know-How.

Development Technology means the technology, together with all related Intellectual Property and those Inventions incorporated in the design or function of the Products, or which are created or discovered as part of the development services pursuant to the Development Program, all as are developed jointly pursuant to this Agreement (including the development schedule and milestones attached to this Agreement as EXHIBIT C) in order to enable the AL2 Technology, the Danavox Technology and the ReSound Technology to work

Development Technology means all Information created or developed pursuant to the Technical Development Program or thereafter pursuant to this Agreement, either solely by a Party or jointly by the Parties, and all Patents covering such Information.
