Collaboration Technology definition

Collaboration Technology means all Collaboration Patents and Collaboration Know-How.
Collaboration Technology means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patent Rights.
Collaboration Technology means Collaboration Know-How and Collaboration Patent Rights, and all other intellectual property rights in any of the foregoing.

  • Each Party and its Affiliates may use and practice its own Collaboration Technology in any application not prohibited by the terms of this Agreement without the consent of the other and without an obligation to notify the other Party of such intended use or to pay royalties or other compensation to the other by reason of such use during the Term of this Agreement and thereafter.

Collaboration Technology means Patent Rights and Know-How which are conceived or reduced to practice or otherwise developed by or on behalf of Lilly or SGX, or jointly by Lilly and SGX during and in the performance of the Research Collaboration; provided however, Collaboration Technology does not include SGX Background Technology, SGX Process Technology, SGX Additional Technology or Lilly Background Technology.
